Golden Seeds Early Learning, Campsie is located in the heart of Campsie City in the Inner Western Suburbs. We are a 91-place centre and are proud to see our service as an extension of your family. We have amazing partnerships and relationships with our families, and children. We are proud to have educators who are passionate and devoted to our community and have worked alongside us for many years.

Golden Seeds Campsie has been operating since March 2021, and have a well-established service, receiving the quality rating MEETING in all 7 Quality Areas, through our Assessment and Rating process.

Goal Setting

Our goal at Golden Seeds is to enrich children’s learning with meaningful interest-based experiences and inviting opportunities that will create curiosity. This includes emotional goals such as adjusting to an early childhood setting and establishing the fundamentals for success in play-based learning.

We recognise the early years of a child is a fundamental period within their learning and development and that the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) is the core foundation when creating goals for children:

Children have a strong sense of identity
Children are connected and contribute to their world
Children have a strong sense of well-being
Children are confident and involved learners
Children are effective communicators

We value the collaborative partnerships we have with families. Goals are established and reviewed twice a year in partnership with our parents and caregivers. We believe creating these goals together, provides and sets the foundation for a sound and meaningful learning journey proving children to reach their fullest potential.

Menu/Nutrition

At Golden Seeds Early Learning, we believe in the importance of providing nutritious meals that support the health and well-being of growing children. Our dedicated chefs carefully plan and prepare meals that are not only delicious but also balanced and nourishing.

We understand that each child is unique, with their own dietary needs and preferences. That’s why we offer a variety of wholesome foods and accommodate special dietary requirements, including allergies and cultural considerations. Our menus are thoughtfully crafted to include a diverse selection of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and dairy products, ensuring that children receive the essential nutrients they need to thrive.

In addition to serving nutritious meals, we prioritise teaching children about the importance of healthy eating habits. Through engaging activities and discussions, we encourage children to explore new foods, make mindful choices, and develop a positive relationship with food.

My name is Marie and I am the Centre Director at Golden Seeds Campsie. I have 9 years experience in Early Childhood Education and care. I am currently working towards finishing my Bachelor’s of Early Childhood Education.

I strongly believe children are competent and capable learners, who deserve to be given the opportunity to thrive! By providing children with nurture, care and high-quality education and play-based experiences, children will feel safe enough to learn and develop to their fullest potential!

Cathleen Ren

Assistant Director

My name is Cathleen Ren and currently I’m working as the Assistant Director of Golden Seeds Campsie. Since joining the Campsie center in 2018, I have prioritised the growth of positive relationships among all stakeholders, including children, families, educators, and our families. You will see me at the centre 5 days a week. Please do not hesitate to approach me for assistance, as I am committed to providing support whenever needed.

We've been thrilled with the whole team of Golden Seeds carlingford. My son has settled in so quickly and we feel like we've been part of the Golden Seeds family for much longer than 6 months. The educators make him feel so welcome and included and I love that they all know me and him by name. We honestly love it here and would never dream of anywhere else.

My girls always come home so happy each day and I love that the Teachers take great interest in teaching them new learning experiences each day to grow, learn & develop. It's great to see that they take parents' feedback onboard and are focused on ensuring our little ones are always looked after.

This is the third childcare centre my child attends in the Carlingford/Epping area, and the only one where the management and educators really show they care. Open communications and plenty of updates and photos throughout the day. Lots of learning opportunities and useful activities for children.

Best team ever! From Day 1, my daughter was still a super shy girl who has to hold her little monkey toy all the time, till now she turned out to be a confident and outgoing girl. Can't express how grateful I am. They truly taught her how to be loving and caring, I just feel so blessed to have such great educators for my daughter.
